Fair labor market

Good work under fair conditions

We offer a wide range of counseling services for people who are disadvantaged in the German labor market. We support interest groups, employees, and small and medium-sized enterprises on aspects of transformation and securing skilled labor.

The Service Agency for the Free Movement of Workers advises people from other European countries on labor law issues.
In the IQ Project – Fair Integration, people from non-European countries are advised on labor law issues.

Through the INQA Coaching, RZ.Nord (Regional Future Center) and RZ.Hamburg (Regional Future Center Hamburg) projects, there are consulting services on topics such as optimization in human resources management and digitization of the working world.
Detailed information can be found on our respective pages.

Project funding

The projects and counseling centers are funded by state and federal funds as well as at the European level.
Cooperations with various facilities and institutions enable a broad-based consulting and training program. You can find more information about this here at the respective projects.
