"Ahoi Hamburg" offers young people, trainees, graduates and professionals from all over the world the opportunity to gain further qualifications and to network in Hamburg.
Intercultural and work-related youth encounters
The team of Ahoi Hamburg organizes intercultural encounters for young people from all over the world. Traditionally, our focus is on German-French, German-Polish and German-Czech youth exchanges. In addition, we have initiated and accompanied youth exchange projects with many other countries from all over the world, such as Russia or Balkan countries.
This background makes us an experienced partner in international youth education and work.
Vocational qualification in Hamburg
All participants who come to Hamburg through our international network are personally supported by the Hamburg Ahoi team on site.
Through our broad network of companies and institutions in Hamburg, we arrange targeted internships in all industries. We support our participants throughout their stay in Hamburg and provide a variety of organizational tasks.

International professionals
We bring together experts and multipliers from all over the world and create a forum for international exchange. Through job shadowing and delegate trips, participants gain an insight into the different educational systems, training programs as well as concepts of international education and vocational training.
Through the participation in an international qualification

Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e. V. issues a "Certificate of Intercultural Competences" to all participants, which certifies participation and individual involvement in one of our international projects.
