Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. – Bildung International

 1. Terms and conditions

Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. is a non-profit organisation for youth and adult education. The main focus is on socio-political and educational goals as well as the imparting of professional qualifications. All offers are principally open to all people.  
Restrictions can only arise in exceptional cases, such as events that are exclusively planned for specific groups and/or when the guidelines for the allocation of public funding contain corresponding specifications.

 2. Registrations

Registrations are made by using the online registration form provided for this purpose. 

3. Documentation requirements

Before the start of the program, the participants conclude a declaration of consent with Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. in which the conditions of participation are listed in detail.

 4. Termination of the measure caused by participants

If a participant's behavior endangers the goal of the training program, he/she can be excluded from further participation by Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. after consultation with the partner organization. The costs incurred up to this point must be borne by the participant him/herself.
If the participant decides to discontinue the program after it has begun, he/she must bear the costs incurred up to that point.

5. Travel documents

Each participant is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, such as identity cards, passports, visas, etc.

6. Liability

Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. is only liable if no other organiser/contractual partner is obligated to assume liability and if Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. is not merely acting as an intermediary.
The liability of Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. is limited to intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply to breaches of material contractual obligations or to liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health.
Liability for third party negligence according to §§ 276, 278 BGB (German Civil Code) is excluded, as far as there are no legal regulations to the contrary.
Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. is not liable for accidents and for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings of the participants.

07. Data protection

Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. undertakes not to pass on any personal data to third parties and to use the data collected exclusively for the purposes of the agency service and for the exchange of information with the respective funding providers, cooperation and contract partners, etc. 
If participants do not wish to receive any further information from Arbeit und Leben Hamburg e.V. at a later date, this can be communicated informally at any time via office@hamburg.arbeitundleben.de.
